Abstract: In the Marco Antonio Vazquez Carrizales secondary school, in the year 2018, a serie of activities were implented in a 1st B grade class, conformed by 19 students, with A1 level. From the results of a Diagnostic test, there where detected different needs in the group,. Academic needs and a lack of discipline inside the group. It was essential applying classroom management activities, of which the following questions where formulated, ¿How Classroom Management affect EFL learning in a 1st Grade Group. The activities began from 19th to 28th of February of 2018 and 7th to 19th of March. There was evidenced a need inside the group, there was applied a diagnostic test and an action plan was designed, the plan was executed and the results were analyzed through the process by the use of different instruments, such as Journals, Videos and students activities, in order to collate the results from the first evaluation and determinate if there was any significant change in student’s behavior. To the end of the process, the evidence was analyzed, and there was observed a modification in the students behavior, taking significant relevance in the second practice period, in which there was applied Negative Reinforcement Strategies, and there was applied a second development test, from which the results showed a relevant academic improvement.
